It is the overarching Golden Principle of the Expanded Convention of States that the Individual American Citizen’s Power be protected as Sovereign, and that he/she will be guaranteed the Sovereign Control over what is left in the newly formed

through Secure Elections, the repealing of the 17th Amendment, reinstating Representation for the Individual States in the Federal Government. If the People of a State wishes to retain some of the functions formerly held by the Federal Government, they may do so through raising taxes to run such functions in their own State, but they will no longer be able to parasitize Federal Tax Dollars from other States where that respective State’s People has decided not to entertain what they may view as a wasteful and harmful activity on their State’s part.

• The Convention must Demand Civilian Command of the US Armed Forces for the time it takes the Convention to appoint a

  • Temporary Government to serve these, the most Basic Functions of the Federal Government
  • All Functions deemed Non-Essential Federal Functions for the Survival of the United States of America will be transferred back to Each Individual State, to be continued, skipped or discontinued as The People of That States See Fit. • The Convention of States shall make An Amendment to Secure The Minimum Requirements Listed Above In Some Form, to which the States of the Union shall abide, so that no Tyrannical Force may abuse the Good Will of The Free People of The United States of America.

  —during which time the Convention will wind down its own role as Executor of the Sovereign’s (The People’s) Power in Stages, which can be halted at any stage, if the People’s will isn’t met with the minimum of votes required in Article V.
  The Purpose Of The General Election:
  • A President will be elected in the General Election.
  • Solely based on the Founding Documents, in Respect to the Second Declaration of Independence, with Extreme Vetted Candidates that will hold their seats until a New Sequence of Elections come due. The Sequence being stated in:
    • Article I, Section 2: Composition and Function of the House of Representatives
    • Article I, Section 3: Composition and Function of the Senate
  • At which time Extreme Vetted Candidates may take up a Seat in the House of Representatives, Representing The People — or — a Seat in the Senate Representing Their States’ Interests, as the Founders Intended — bringing Power closer to The People of the United States
  • All Elected Representatives — Of — By — For — The US Sovereign, THE PEOPLE, will hold their Seats with TERM LIMITS . TERM LIMITS will be made into Law as an Amendment to the Constitution. The People shall also take into Consideration a Clause to a Term Limit Amendment to avoid Political Dynasties from forming, or any Party exploiting the Amendment, in order to retain Power they are not entitled to according to the Expressed Will of the People.
    The Convention shall make An Amendment which states:
    • A Representative in the House of Representatives may only hold His or Her Seat for a Maximum of Two Two-Year Terms.
    • A Senator representing His or Her State in the Senate may only hold His or Her Seat for a Maximum of a One Six Year Term.
      
    • REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATORS MAY NEVER MAKE A CAREER OUT OF SERVING THE PEOPLE AND THEIR STATES AS A HOUSE REPRESENTATIVE OR A SENATOR.
      
      RATHER, NEW REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATORS MUST REGARD THEIR LIMITED TERMS A SHORT BUT EFFECTIVE CIVIC SERVICE TO THEIR PEOPLE AND NATION.
      
• The Second Declaration of Independence shall preferably state that the SOVEREIGN of America — is — and will Always be The People of the United States of America.
  At any point in the Future when Tyranny tries to gain the Upper Hand,
  We The People will remove the same Tyranny without hesitation,
  and respect the same safeguards against people Mob Rule that the Founders had.
  Governments long established should never be changed for light and transient causes.
  
  
• The Convention Will State In The Second Declaration of Independence That;
  The Unites States of America Has Been A Nation Of, By And For The People.
  As Such, NO OTHER PEOPLE, Whether It Be Special Interest Groups And/Or
  Servants of Foreign Governments And/Or people who have entered the USA illegally with no right to vote
  Shall Ever Hold Dominion Over The Free People of The United States.

Congress’ Power on behalf of The American People is forfeit

Congress is the only Lawmaking body of the Federal Branches. Yet they have given away, literally outsourced, that Mandate From The Sovereign People in Contravention to the Constitution:

All Congress is good for now, is sinking America deeper in debt. A debt that is already un-payable. Soon, America will break under the weight of the Interest of the Debt, nearly $1 Million for every American Citizen. Congress, in its current treasonous form, has already destroyed the Constitutional Ideal of America. Allowed to continue, it will destroy all of America. Including America’s ability to rise again. It will become a defunct and ravaged slave nation.

We will look at the criminal act a bit further down in this article. But

This Means The Treasonous Congress
Must Be Removed.

Every Branch of the Federal Government has failed to uphold the Constitution of the United States for over a Century. At times it has been less bad, and at other times — especially in the latter Decades — it has accelerated at breakneck speed. The Bushes made sure to remove the breaks. The Clintons make sure to cash in. And by the time Comrade Barack Hussein Obama took Power, he hit the accelerator, hellbent on helping every Islamic and Marxist Enemy of America to destroy the nation he felt had robbed him of so much.

The Marxist Disease of Crony Capitalism

And the Capitalists have become less and less Capitalist. Private Companies are often times just as guilty. They discovered that if they squeaked like the wheel, Federal “Free Stuff” would grease them plenty.

In fact they made a Profession out of it: Crony Capitalist. Make sure to grease the Families of the Federal Greasers, and the circle was complete. And by Short Circuiting the Capitalist System, grounding it in Federal Funds, Capitalism has become nothing but Blood Red Marxism. And the Patriotic Mom & Pop Family Companies have experienced that running a profitable business in what was supposed to be the Shining City on the Hill when it comes to Capitalism, has become increasingly expensive, over-regulated and in many States — right out impossible. They’re not big enough that their real squeaking is heard in Washington DC.

The Marxist, Destructive and Lethal Disease of Crony Capitalism is typically plaguing Globalist Companies who often times have their blood sucking proboscis drilled deep into a multitude of Nations’ Tax Coffers, but especially the easiest of all to penetrate: The Tax Coffer of the United States.

Complacency Kills

Finally, the People in general have become Complacent. Complacency Kills. And we are now at a Watershed Moment where Complacency have allowed Marxism into a position where it will start killing in the Millions very soon.

I have never been partial to Wholesale Mass Murder and Genocide.
But that is unfortunately the next Logical Step of the Federal Traitors and their Comrades in Communist China.
There is next to nothing to stop this blood curdling development,
unless Americans REVOKE ALL POWER and Declare THE SECOND DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE!

In the penultimate Amendment in the Bill of Rights, Amendment IX (9), the Founders make it clear that the People’s Rights are not limited to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Indeed, Every Right not enumerated in the Constitution belongs to the People.

And so, the People should indeed follow the Founders own example.

Demand from your State’s Representatives to the Convention, that this be an EXPANDED Convention of States

The MAIN GOAL of a Convention of States must be:

Declaring the Charges against:

• The Legislative Branch of the Federal Government
• The Executive Branch of the Federal Government
• The Judicial Branch of the Federal Government

and Honoring the Founders Commands, Exercising The Right, The Duty, to throw off this Government, and to provide new Guards for the Future Security of the United States of America.

The Legislative Branch has been treasonous. They have outsourced the Legislative Power they themselves should administrate on behalf of the People, and all but given up the Power of the Purse Strings.

• Firstly, the US Congress has outsourced the Power of Lawmaking to The Unelected Progressive Bureaucratic Administrative State. The Unelected Progressive Bureaucratic Administrative State is not answerable to the People. They cannot be elected or voted out. They are a Law onto themselves.
• Secondly, Congress has lost their control of the Purse Strings. The Control Mechanisms, where the People Control all Three Branches of the Federal Government through Representation in Congress and thus the Control of the Purse Strings to the other two Branches, the Executive and the Judicial, and all Bureaucratic Agencies connected to each branch, are gone!

Today we see Congress holding nonsensical hearings that:

• Have absolutely no effect in subsequent Investigations, Firings of Criminals in the Progressive Bureaucratic Administrative State and/or Criminal Charges against them, no matter how Illegitimate and Illegal the Bureaucrats’ Actions are, and
• Display Bureaucrats laughing arrogantly in the face of any Congressman or -woman asking tough questions at such hearings, which
• Confirms that Congress has given away all the Lawmaking Power and Financial Power (Control of the Purse Strings) to Bureaucracy that is Unelected and Runs the Country as a Law onto itself.

All Congress is good for, is overspending, paying for the Progressive Bureaucratic Administrative State to stump out all opposition.

The very reason why it is called the Progressive Bureaucratic Administrative State, is because ever since its early inception under Woodrow Wilson, the Bureaucratic “Experts” running the Administrative State, one of the prerequisite to hold a Position in said State was that the person be Progressive.

The Progressives (Marxists) back in Woodrow Wilsons days knew that ‘We The People’ knew their own History, the Preciousness of the Gifts the Founders had given the People through the American War of Independence and the Founding Documents and ‘We The People’ had learnt their Civics in order to be able to Control the Federal State. A State which at that time was considerably smaller, by an order of magnitude.

Furthermore, the Second “Father” of America, the Savior of the Nation, Republican President Abraham Lincoln, continued to inspire and teach new Generations of Americans by sheer Good Example even after he was killed execution style with a bullet to the back of his head by Democrat Party Terrorist, John Wilkes Booth on April 14, 1865.
Democrats were just as fond of Violence back then as their KKK, BLM and Antifa are today.
Losing the American Civil War, which they had started in the first place by attacking their own Nation, and thus losing their claim to own other Human Beings as mere “things”, objects to be exploited for Work or Sex, or whatever they pleased — did not go down well.
But Lincoln inspired. He inspired Generations of young Americans to learn Civics as a Lesson in Survival of a Free, Strong and Open Society — With Liberty And Justice FOR ALL.
Unfortunately, the Republicans didn’t win the Battle for Civil Rights for America’s Freed Slaves. It would take the Republicans another Century of hard fighting against the Racist, KKK, Black Baby Killing “Democratic” Party before the Republican Party had managed to fulfill the Founders’ Declaration from July 4, 1776, when they said:

And even then, the Marxist Progressive “Democrats” still continued to discriminate. Of course, after the Concentration Camps were starting to be liberated in Nazi Germany’s Occupied Europe, the Progressive Democrats hurriedly tried to bury their Close Friendship with the Nazis and Fascists along with their newly diseased Racist President, Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

They are still trying to hide this Deeply Offensive Racist Fact.
If they should fail, they would have a hard time continuing their Racist Oppression under guises like Affirmative Action, Critical Race Theory and Government Dependency on OPM (Other People’s Money), to name but a few.

And a Century after Lincoln, the Nation’s Republicans and the Union Army had defeated the Slave Owning Democrats and Racists in the War, Democrat Lyndon B. Johnson realized that even if he cheated and stole Texas in the Election, he still would lose without the “Black Vote”.
At which point his “Black Boy”, servant overheard him on Air Force One telling his staff:
“I’ll have those N*****s vote Democrat for 200 Years!”

I am deeply saddened by the fact that he largely managed to defraud Black Voters, who had been staunch Republican Supporters & Voters up to that point, through school Indoctrination and Propaganda, to start voting for the very Democrat Racist Liars that exploit them to this day.

The Marxists knew that wrestling the Documents and Laws of Freedom away from a Headstrong and Proud American People would be hard. And they also knew that this particular Marxist Revolution could only be done through a Long March Through The Institutions.

And that is what they set out to do. While most Americans, especially in the latter Decades, have thought of their Civic Duties as something you spend a few minutes doing every other year (if at all…) when you go to vote,

Where The Founding Documents have been Great Obstacles to their Agenda, they have simply built Institutions and Technocracies in order to march around said Constitutional Obstacles.

They have taken over the Institutions and become — not only the “Experts”— but the ones who decide who will be allowed to call themselves “Experts” and who will be rejected as “Clingers”, “Deplorables”, “Fascists” and which ever other Labelling or Projection they can come up with.

They have formed a Shadow Government, accountable to no one:
—The Progressive Bureaucratic Administrative State,
making sure that employees, especially in the higher echelons, were willing to progress away from the Founding and amass as much Money and Power under their Unelected, Unaccountable, Totalitarian Department as possible.

But what about the Supreme Court? Surely, they are the one Branch of the Federal Government which has stayed true to the Constitution, right?

Didn’t they just reverse Roe vs. Wade and rule on all Americans Constitutional Right to Keep and Bear Arms?

They did. But it is too little too late. Throughout the same period of Anti-Americanism and Theft of American Liberty that the People have been forced to live through, the Supreme Court has done its best to prop up and support the Anti-Constitutional Fraud and Attacks on American Liberties.

In fact, ever since SOB FDR’s Court Packing Scheme of 1937, even though it failed, it had the effect of pushing the Supreme Court to abandon their Sacred Duty in upholding and defending the Constitution and Rule by it in the Defense of the People. They have become the lap dog of the Unelected Progressive Bureaucratic Administrative State and its Illegal, Illegitimate Agencies.

And the fact that the Supreme Court in the early morning of the American Marxist Tyranny signals that they will at least pretend to go down fighting, changes nothing.

Cast your mind a couple years back. At a Watershed Moment in History, when it was painfully obvious to the World that something was seriously wrong with the 2020 Election, the Supreme Court decided to support the Coup Makers. That is an unforgivable sin and a betrayal to the very Constitution the Supreme Court Justices are sworn to uphold.

The Expanded Convention of States must seek to dissolve the Federal Reserve System. This system has been given the unelected Power to change Policy. In other words, a System has been created where Unelected Persons, even Persons with Foreign Interests can dictate American Policy with absolutely no control from the People.

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System gives a false impression that the US Federal Government has some sort of control over the Economy and Money Production. This is not the case. The Convention of the Several States need to find a System where the Abuse of Financial Power is curbed from the States’ Legislature, with Representation Of – By – And For ‘We The People’ of the United States of America.

Marxism is in its very essence Evil. It is a Devious, Break-all-the-rules-and-laws in the Book Ideology to get into Power. And once in Power the Marxist Emperors never let go, short of the usual Marxist Infighting Bloodbaths.

The two Marxist Branches, Stalin’s Soviet Communism and Hitler’s National Socialism (Nazism) had no problem entering into a Pact, the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, dividing Poland between them. That also turned into the traditional Marxist Infighting when Hitler attacked Stalin in ‘Operation Barbarossa’.

The Nuremberg Trials, which today are held up as a shining example of High Morals and International Justice was a sham. Not at least because of the dirty deals that Franklin Delano Roosevelt had made with Mass Murdering Marxist Tyrant, Stalin.

The Soviet Union was just as guilty in starting World War 2 as Nazi Germany was. Nazi Germany attack Poland on September 1, 1940. The Soviet Communists had already agreed to the partition of the Sovereign Nation, Poland, and they leisurely rolled into their part of Poland as agreed upon between the Communists and Nazis in the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact.

The Democrats tried keeping this fact hidden from the American People and the World when the Nuremberg Trials started in 1946.

The defense for the Nazi War Criminals wanted to use this and other atrocities, such as the Katyn Forest Massacre in their defense. But both the Democrat run American Government and the Show Trial Moscow Monster Judges saw to that these documents were buried well and true.

It would not have altered the convictions. The Nazis were guilty of the atrocities no matter what. But it would have proven that the Soviet Communists and Stalin were just as guilty. And letting them prosecute the Nazi Leaders was just as big an affront to Humanity, in a trial about Crimes Against Humanity, as the Nazi horrors were.

As you will see, if you read Diana West’s brilliant book, ‘American Betrayal’, History matters.
The Crimes Committed in the very trial against the Nazi Leadership, would cast long shadows.
And as Diana West points out in her book, when she did her research for the book, it upended her entire World View. It would cast long shadows. So long, in fact, that we are on the brink of a Third World War right now, because of the Crimes committed by the Democratic Party back then.

A Convention of States will oust them legally from their Illegal, Illegitimate Power. But the American People cannot rely fully on this.

No Banning — Just Grassroots Actions

It is tempting to ban Marxists and the Democratic Marxist Party. That means True Conservative Teachers Unions based on a True Conservative Charter, promoting the Founding rather than the Radical Anti-American Agenda of Progressive “Experts'”.

That means Media and Entertainment based on True Conservative Values, where investments by Marxists or Marxists by Proxy is prohibited.

That means Eternal Vigilance by the Citizenry, that this Scourge never descend on America and the Free World ever again.

That means actively pursuing policies that destabilizes the Domestic Marxist Tyranny in Communist China and Russia, so that the Chinese and Russian Peoples may have a real chance to breathe The Free Air again. What Is True Conservatism?

This Question is so big, it is worthy of at least a whole Article in and by itself. I will try to make out a short and simple definition:

• A True Conservative is often a Person of Faith, anchored in the Judeo-Christian Tradition.
  The Bible — The Word of God — is the True Moral Compass.
• A True Conservative is one that Navigates Life by a True Moral Compass.
  There are True Conservatives that do not place their faith in God. But you will not find a True Conservative that will not defend Jews and Christians, even if that Person does not believe in God Almighty.
• A True Conservative will Conserve the Heritage that has been passed down through the Generations. The Heritage that has proven Timeless and worked for the betterment of Humanity. A such, a True Conservative will be a staunch defender of the Founding Documents of The United States of America.

The Most Truly Conservative Idea Imaginable, which the rebel Jesus Christ taught the people in Galilee, and which spread from there to start a Revolution that eventually created the Free West, and the Free World, which has given us so Much, in so many Blessings.

We are endowed with certain unalienable Rights by The One Who is described in Ancient Hebrew Holy Texts with the name Jahwe, the Hebrew abbreviation ‏יהוה‎, JHWH, which means “He Who Always Was, Who Is And Will Always Be” — God Almighty, the Creator of the Earth and the Universe.

• A True Conservative helps and defends the Sick and the Infirm.
• A True Conservative holds Family and Family Values in the highest regard. Because without the Blessings of Family, the most Basic Building Block of a Society and a Nation crumbles.
• A True Conservative is True To his Word.
• A True Conservative holds up his end to a Bargain.
• A True Conservative balances his Budget and don’t Overextend himself.
• A True Conservative does not overspend or take up Loans he cannot handle.
• A True Conservative loves his Nation and protects his People.
• A True Conservative will not let Evildoers take control over his Beloved Country, his Beloved People and his Beloved Family.
• A True Conservative will spend all his Living Time conserving the Blessing the Founders Divinely Inspired Founding Documents.
• A True Conservative would long since have recognized the American Marxist Revolutionary Illegal, Illegitimate Government, and would get to work stopping the Ultimate Evil it dead in its tracks, “and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
• And a True Conservative would do his Civic Duty by taking back his once Conservative Party; The Republican Party by taking a seat as a Precinct Committeeman and see that Candidates that are picked before Elections are Extreme Vetted to be True Conservatives.

The points above are of course an idealized image of a True Conservative. Every Human Being is different, and a True Conservative will strive to fit into the above points and then some. But even if not every True Conservative can associate himself with all the points above, he is still a True Conservative as long as he honors his Family and Country and lives a Righteous Life.

Take Notice of The First Declaration of Independence
When Writing The Second Declaration of Independence

The First Declaration of Independence is as wise as the Ages of Humanity. It is prudent to take notice of what it says when Declaring the Separation and Independence from the Self-Coronated, Anti-American, Pro-Globalist, Marxist Elite.

In closing, let us look at the First Declaration’s Preamble:

Following the Good, Wise and Prudent Example of the Divinely Inspired Founders of the United States of America, is a mighty good start to writing the Second Declaration of Independence.

As the Preamble points out; “all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.“

That is exactly where America is today. Americans are suffering because Evils in America are sufferable, rather than doing something about them, because Americans have become accustomed to the repeated Injuries and Usurpations.

I fear that the suffering will very soon be insufferable, and that will end in the Marxist Enslavement of the American People. I pray, hope and believe in God’s Good Grace. At the same time I know that God Almighty will not stand idly by and watch the sins of the American People. A Nation where Abortions have been conducted on an Industrial Scale, where Sexual Perversions, Sexualization of very Young Children and Sexual Mutilation is becoming a norm. A Nation where killing Newborn Babies cannot reckon to be in better standing with the Lord than Sodom or Gomorra.
And it is all driven by the Democrat Marxists and their Cronies in the Failed Republican Party.

For all the Good the Founders and the People have done for the Nation and the World, in spite of the foreign German Socialist Tradition in the Democratic Party

So, there really is no time to waste, considering the first part in the above underlined part of the First Declaration:

[…] Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established
should not be changed for light and transient causes […]

America has never been threatened more severely, than it is this very day.
The change of Government with the Second Declaration of Independence would definitely be for “light” or “transient causes”.

I have highlighted a few points in this article.
