Step 2 – Calling An Emergency Convention of States

Checks and Balances between the Three Branches of the Federal Government has seized to exist in the form it was intended by the Founders. In reality that means that USA today has a Tyrannical Government.

The Supreme Court of the United States of America (SCOTUS) committed TREASON by refusing to hear the People’s Evidence, the thousands of Election Officials that have submitted their sworn affidavits and testimonies, and all the documentation of Election Fraud, Voter Fraud, Election Tampering, Ballot Harvesting and Mail-In Voter Fraud.

SCOTUS has lost is most important function, which is their role as a Check on the Executive, but above all, the Legislative Branch. This isn’t a new problem. The Fake incoming “president” has sworn to pack SCOTUS, which will be the end of Federal Justice in America.

SCOTUS has since 1937 largely also allowed an increased rule by the Executive Branch through Executive Orders.

Even though the attempt in 1937 failed, SCOTUS has been impotent ever since in performing an effective check on the excessive abuse of power in the Legislative Branch to enrich themselves (Crony Capitalism, one of the worst Marxist expressions in America, which have produced Radical Billionaires who wields enormous political power) and Massive, Uncontrolled Spending, which is both an extension of Crony Capitalism, has enslaved Future Generations of Americans to a level of debt. What is a Convention of States and Why call it?

Article V of the U.S. Constitution gives states the power to call a Convention of States to propose amendments. It takes 34 states to call the convention and 38 to ratify any amendments that are proposed. Such a convention would pass amendments that, limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, impose fiscal restraints, and place term limits on federal officials, and stake out how Free, Open & Fair Elections be held. It could also place restraints on Marxism’s ability to subvert the Liberty of America.

Why Call A Convention of States?

Simple: to bring power back to the states and the people, where it belongs.
