UPDATE APRIL 28. 2025 — SUCCESS!!! I wrote this Article below as soon as I had stumbled upon the Fact that someone in the Biden Administration had used the Autopen to sign the much talked about Pardons and “Preemptive Pardons” and a whole host of other Documents that require the President’s Personal Signature in order to be valid.
I shared my discovery with numerous members of the Trump Administration via my old 𝕏 Account @Norway4Trump. Soon an investigation was initiated into the illegalities and the result was what I had concluded with in my Article:
These Documents, signed using Autopen are NULL AND VOID!

When the Trump Administration had started working on my tip, it spread very fast! Unfortunately, my old 𝕏 Account suffered technical difficulties, and was blocked by xAI. And Premium Support had forgotten to reset my credentials after troubleshooting. The disastrous result was that my account became unretrievable, and I had to make a new 𝕏 account: N4TPub
Below, you can read the original Article that I posted January 22, 2025 and sent to my Administration Contacts:
In a dramatic and controversial move, on January 20, 2025 (registered at the Office of Pardon Attorney January 19), just hours before the end of his term, Acting President Joe Biden ostensibly issued a series of Pardons, including to members of his own family. These Pardons, however, have been rendered Null and Void due to the revelation that they were Autosigned, a clear Violation of the Legal Requirement for Personal Signatures by the President.
Among those pardoned were:
- General Mark A. Milley, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
- Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, former Chief Medical Advisor to the President.
- Liz Cheney, former Republican Congresswoman and Vice Chair of the Jan. 6 Committee.
- Members of the Jan. 6 Committee, including both lawmakers and staff.
- U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan Police officers who testified before the committee.
- Five members of Biden’s family: his brothers James and Frank, his sister Valerie, and their spouses, John Owens and Sara Biden.
The Legal Stipulation on Pardons
The U.S. Constitution under Article II, Section 2 grants the President the authority to grant Pardons, but this power is exercised with an implicit condition that “The President… shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”
The Autosigning Controversy
The controversy peaks with the discovery that these signatures were not manually applied by Biden but were instead autosigned.

The Legal Crux
- Legal Precedent
Pardons must be personally signed by the President. This is not just a tradition but a legal expectation, ensuring the authenticity and intent of the act. Autosigning nullifies this requirement, rendering the Pardons invalid. - Constitutional Significance
The personal act of signing a Pardon signifies the President’s direct involvement and commitment to the decision, an aspect entirely lost when using technology to sign. - Historical Practice
Historically, the personal signing of Pardons has been a standard practice, emphasizing the gravity of the act.
Mass Pardon of Family Members — An Extraordinary Move
The pardoning of family members raises significant eyebrows. Why would a President preemptively pardon family if no crimes were committed? This act could suggest an acknowledgment, or at the very least a fear, of potential legal accountability. The 45th and 47th President, Donald J. Trump held an impromptu Press Meeting Monday Night in the Oval Office during the signing of a long line of Executive Orders. President Trump said he was very surprised by Biden’s move to pardon his Family. Trump went on to say that he would not have done that, and implied that this is a thing that you would do if you wanted to convince the People that you were guilty of Crimes.
- Question of Guilt
If no wrongdoing was done, why the need for such extensive preemptive Pardons?
This move might imply that there was something to hide or protect, especially since no charges had been laid against these individuals. To the American People, and it seems to a very outspoken President Trump, several of these pardoned individuals have indeed committed Crimes, both against the American People and in some cases against Humanity. - Political Motives
The timing and scope of these Pardons suggest an attempt to shield family members from future investigations or prosecutions by an incoming administration, particularly one led by President Donald Trump, who had promised to investigate his political adversaries.
Conclusion
The autosigned nature of these Pardons clearly contravenes the legal necessity for personal signatures, rendering these Pardons INVALID.
Moreover, the Mass Pardoning of Family Members poses Questions about the Integrity and Motives of these Actions. Why need pardons if no crime is committed? This scenario not only undermines the Legal Process but also raises Ethical Questions about the use of Presidential Power.
President Trump pointed out from The Oval Office tonight that there is another Danger. And that is the Precedence that this could potentially create. His Statements were pretty clear. He fears that a Precedence like this could have every Future President committing a string of Crimes, possibly undetected during his/her Presidency and thus not subject to the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 4. And since that President has pardoned himself/herself right before leaving office, they cannot be tried in a Criminal Prosecutions and/or Civil Lawsuits.
The Constitution grants the President the power to “grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment” (Article II, Section 2). However, it does not explicitly address self-pardons, which means that there really isn’t any Legal Framework preventing a President from Self-Pardoning. No President has pardoned himself — thus far. But it was obvious by President Trump’s remarks that the reckless actions by Biden in the last ours of his presumptive Administration was praying on is mind in regards to the Future of the Presidency.
For any Legal Action or Further Clarification, one would need to consult the specific laws and judicial interpretations relevant to Presidential Pardons, but the fundamental principle remains: autosigned Pardons are not legally valid, and the rationale behind these family Pardons warrants scrutiny.
